CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY –
Please be advised that we do not provide cancellations once the order is placed.
Incase of additions or changes in address please contact us on the phone number for immediate assistance.
REFUND POLICY –
We offer a refund for eligible items returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
To be eligible for refund, items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Only the cost of the product will be given as a refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY –

Items for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchange is valid for 24 hours once delivery (i.e. inform us within 24 hours on receiving).
For reverse logistics and repacking we will charge a certain minimal amount.
CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
You will need to present us with an opening / unboxing / unpackaging video on receiving the courier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS –
If you receive damaged or defective items please contact us immediately on email or phone number provided.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
Unboxing video of the courier on receiving is required for this.
RETURN SHIPPING –
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments and retaining proof of postage.
