SHIPPING LOCATIONS –
We currently offer shipping services across India covering major cities, towns and remote areas.
We also ship Internationally.
No matter where you are, we’ll deliver your favourite pieces right at your doorstep.
PROCESSING TIME –
Once the order is placed and ready to ship, we process and package your items with care.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working business days (excluding weekends, holidays or any unexpected event occurring).
SHIPPING METHODS –
We partner with major trusted and reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. Depending on your location, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. We also offer Express shipping or same day shipping on direct requests to our contact number or email address.
SHIPPING CHARGES –
We offer free standard shipping on orders within India.
For international orders, it will depend on the weight and place of delivery.
You can always contact us directly for express shipping or same day shipping (charges will depend on the location for delivery) .
ESTIMATED DELIVERY –
The delivery time varies on your shipping address and the shipping method used.
We aim to deliver orders in India within 3-5 business working days.
For international orders we aim to deliver within 5-10 business. working days.
ORDER TRACKING –
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your Tracking number and courier company website link.
You can use this Tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
DELIVERY PROCESS –
We will try upto 3 attempts for delivery incase of unavailability at the delivery location/address.
For re-delivery after this extra shipping charges will be required to be paid before shipping.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS –
Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may have limited shipping coverage. If your location falls within such areas, we may contact you to discuss alternative delivery options or cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
